October 2021, a new MIDORI.so opened in Bakuroyokoyama. Renovation and interior design of 7-story building including co-working space, common area as kitchen and lounge, private work booths, meeting rooms, art gallery, top floor terrace, fabric workshop and first floor cafe.

In this design collaboration, making small gesture in design to have smooth and bigger impact, we, plug-in architects designed wall partitions as LGS systems wraps with semi-transparent corrugated panels. The layout of the building allows daylight only thru main façade to interior space, in that sense, the partitions of the space target to pass daylight thru semi-transparent corrugated panels along the space smoothly, while shadow and motion of people creates illusion and sense of street in inner space. It is envisioned principle of design of plug-in architects to be ephemeral gestures in creating space.
